What have we learned from the collapse of our civilization?
The Great Enemy of Liberty is Conspiracy.
What is it that has brought down our civilization? What is bringing us World War and the Global Slave State? Conspiracy. Government secrecy. Everything the government does is declared to be secret in the name of “national security”. Government statements are a river of lies, and nobody can do anything about it.
The Founding Fathers did not talk about Conspiracy. They made no provision to combat the threat of Super Rich men buying influence and control over government officials.
We need to do something about this. What can we do to handle the threat of Conspiracy? This threat will always be with us. There will always be rich people who want to gain influence and control over government officials. What can we do to combat this, to neutralize this threat?
The remedy for Conspiracy is investigation.
Investigation reveals what is hidden. Investigation, publicity, and prosecution bring the truth which exposes the lies.
It is traditional for a government organization to have three branches: Legislative, Executive, and Judicial. A government organization should have a fourth branch: The Investigation Branch.
The purpose of the Investigation Branch is to bring about and to maintain honesty in the government organization.
The purpose of the Investigation Branch is to make it difficult for evil men to pretend to be good men.
The Investigation Branch does not perform the functions of the Legislative, Executive, or Judicial Branches. The Investigation Branch has the right to know everything there is to know about all government activities. In government, the Investigation Branch has the right to go everywhere, talk to everyone, examine all records, and know everything.
The Investigation Branch makes all this information freely available to the public on the internet. It particularly publicizes everything which is dishonest or illegal. It prosecutes everything which is illegal, starting with the important things, and including perjury. The penalty for perjury should be the same as the penalty for the crime being investigated.
A tyrant always wants to have his “Ministry of Truth” which publishes his lies to the population. The Investigation Branch is a Ministry of Truth which really does publish the truth.
That’s what we can do to handle the “rich man problem”, the problem of Super Rich men buying the government, the problem of Conspiracy.
Our program of cleaning up America and the world is in essence a program of bringing honesty to government.
We will bring honesty to government by investigation, publicity, and prosecution.
When the government has been cleaned up, we will keep it that way by establishing the Investigation Branch. Investigation, publicity, and prosecution of all things relating to government will be institutionalized as a vital and permanent function of government itself.
