STEP ONE: RESTATE THE IDEAL OF LIBERTY.
Liberty needs to be restated. The goal, the ideal, the principles of Liberty need to be restated. This is the first thing that needs to be done.
All over the world, people are excited by Karl Marx. Where are the people who are excited by George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, or Patrick Henry?
If we wave the flag for Liberty, does anybody know what we’re talking about? Do we have something to wave the flag about?
Liberty does not take care of itself.
Democrats are excited about people getting more money from the government. Republicans are excited about the heroism of bombing defenseless Muslims in some far corner of the world.
Who is excited about Liberty?
It’s not that complicated.

STEP TWO: WAVE THE FLAG OF LIBERTY.
The second thing that needs to be done is a massive advertising campaign to inform, to persuade, and to teach the population of the entire planet the ideals and principles of Liberty.
Let us wave the flag of Liberty. Beat the drum. Advertise. Promote. Market. Sell. Get people’s attention. Get people thinking that Liberty is a good thing. In America and in the rest of the world. In all parts of the world. Get people thinking that Liberty is something worth working for. Worth fighting for. Worth caring about. Worth talking to other people about. There are so many causes that people get excited about. Get people excited about Liberty. About the need for Liberty. About the need to bring Liberty to the entire world. About Liberty as the solution to their problems. No more wimpy pacifism which says we only care about Liberty for ourselves.
STEP THREE: PUT LIBERTY INTO PRACTICE WORLDWIDE.
The third thing that needs to be done is to clean house in America and the world and to put the principles of Liberty into actual practice both in America and in the world.
These two things need to be done concurrently.
Things are really a mess. A large part of the population is corrupted and degraded in various ways. The federal government has become a tyrannical monster, just as the Founding Fathers feared that it might. Corruption is pervasive. A very evil Conspiracy has nearly complete control over the government. A great World War is imminent. The survival of Liberty is very much in doubt. There is a lot of cleanup to do.
The process of cleaning up is the same as the process of establishing Liberty as the actual practice in government.
But the first step is to polish up the ideal of Liberty so it is a bright shining beacon to the world.
And the second step is to advertise Liberty as a good thing, as a very important thing, as the solution to the problems of the world. And this includes advertising the fact that there is a problem, that there is a Conspiracy, and that civilization is presently collapsing.
Then when people are aware that the great powers of the world are very busily enslaving them, and that Liberty is the solution to all their problems – then we can get very busy cleaning house and establishing Liberty, both in America and in the whole world.
