J.R. NYQUIST DENIES CONSPIRACY
J.R. Nyquist does not believe there is a Great Conspiracy of the Super Rich which has a strategic plan for world conquest and which directs the affairs of America and other Western nations.

Nyquist says, “We've been subverted, infiltrated, duped and manipulated by communists and leftists. We have been too busy shopping and having fun to notice their ‘long march’ through our institutions.”.
The Russian Communists have done the phony collapse of Communism in Russia and Eastern Europe. This is “The Grand Deception”. This is a strategic deception on a vast scale, unmatched in world history. But the stake in this great game is the entire world. With such a prize in view, why shouldn’t there be a “Grand Deception”? This is following the advice of Sun-Tzu on a grand scale – “Appear weak when you are strong.”. Sun-Tzu would be proud.
In Brazil and Latin America, as described by Carvalho and Paula Couto, the Communists have hidden themselves and seemingly disappeared, while becoming secretly more and more powerful.
But the things done wrong by the U.S. government Nyquist attributes to stupidity. The people who control the government in America are just stupid.

There is always “oligarchy” – rule by a few. He says, “I sometimes think that all this talk about a grand “conspiracy” in high places is nothing more than the shocked reaction of people who are scandalized by oligarchy.”. He says, “What America is today and what it becomes tomorrow, depends entirely on the character of the political leaders.”.
Nyquist agrees that there is a small “ruling class”, a small elite which controls America and the U.S. government. This small elite was smart enough to gain control of America. But they are too stupid to deal with enemies of America, or even to recognize that there is a threat.
WE ARE FOOLS
Evil men cannot announce to the world their evil goals or the evil things they are doing. Therefore they pretend to be good men. They want people to think they are good. So secrecy is the first rule of evil actions. When evil men work together according to a secret plan, that is a “conspiracy” – by definition.
Their goals are evil. But they have to appear good. Therefore it is an inescapable necessity that they will appear stupid.
Stupidity is the invariable camouflage of evil men.
We think it’s all just stupidity, because we cannot deal with the idea that men could intentionally be so evil. We brush it aside. We ignore it. But we are fools.
It would be better for us to sharpen our swords and to look more closely at the evidence.
Evil men could do little harm in the world if good men were not so trusting and gullible.
The Conspiracy relies on the fact that people will think they are just being stupid.
It is stupid to think that evil men are just being stupid.
It requires considerable independence of mind and considerable ability to disagree with the crowd in order to be able to believe that the world is really run by a great conspiracy.
According to Nyquist, the Russian “ruling class” and the Chinese “ruling class” think up many fiendish plots and do many large conspiratorial actions. But the American “ruling class” is too stupid to do such things. The American “ruling class” is so stupid that they don’t even recognize that the Russians and the Chinese are doing such things.
If it were only stupidity, then the evil actions of the U.S. government would not show the breadth and consistency which they do. If it were all just stupidity, then sometimes things would get done right.
THE REAL ENEMY IS THE CREATOR OF THE ENEMY
Nyquist does not even give respect to the idea of conspiracy. He treats it scornfully. One might expect better from him. He himself shows enormous courage and independence of thought. He has dedicated his life, at great personal sacrifice, to fighting the evils of Communism and to sounding the alarm to Americans that they need to pay attention to these clear and present dangers. What he says is very unpopular. As he himself says, people do not want to hear about it. One might expect more tolerance from him toward other people who give their lives to sounding the alarm about things, even if they see things somewhat differently.
Nyquist is facing a systematic blackout both by media and by government officials regarding the military buildup in both Russia and China and regarding the enormous threat of World War III. Does he think that the “ruling class” of America has anything to do with this? No. He thinks that this is all infiltration by agents of Russia and China. The American “ruling class” is too stupid to defend itself or even to recognize that there is any threat.
STUPIDITY DOES NOT EXPLAIN BUILDING 7 FALLING DOWN
Nyquist does not offer any response to the arguments of those who say that there is a conspiracy. More specifically, he does not offer any response to the arguments of those who say that 9/11 was an inside job. He offers only scorn.
Ridicule and outrage are the reply of someone who has nothing sensible to say.
Conspiracy is very evident in many places. But probably the most blatant, in-your-face, indisputable case is 9/11. It was immediately obvious to experts that planes should not have knocked down the twin towers. But of everything about 9/11, the most blatant, in-your-face, indisputable part of 9/11 is Building 7. There wasn’t even a plane that flew into Building 7. So why did it fall down?
Really far-out extreme astonishing and amazing government stupidity might possibly explain giving China to the Communists in 1949. How does government stupidity explain Building 7 falling down?
How does infiltration of enemy agents into the government explain Building 7 falling down?
Nyquist is very focused on the threat of Communism, and on the threat of the military machines of Russia and China. This is very right and proper indeed. But he is so focused on this that he fails to examine properly the larger picture.
Robert Spencer and Pamela Geller focus on Islam. This is a very fine threat to focus on. Their work is greatly to be admired. But it is a mistake that they see Islam as the greatest threat to civilization.
Nyquist is closer. But he still misses the boat. The greatest threat to civilization is the Great Conspiracy of the Super Rich which created Communism.
